- Scheduling/Planning- Varies per form - Target Completion Date, Preferred Buyout Date, etc.

ARTICLE 3. RETENTION AND USE PERIOD
The User's personal data shall be retained and used for the following period:
- Retention Period: The data shall be retained for a period of one (1) year from the date of inquiry submission, for the purpose of continuous business review and record management.
- Destruction: Upon the expiration of the retention period, the data shall be destroyed without delay, unless required to be kept longer by law.
- User Request: If the User explicitly requests the deletion of personal information, the data shall be deleted immediately, provided there are no other legal obligations to retain it.

ARTICLE 4. RIGHT TO REFUSE CONSENT AND CONSEQUENCES
The User has the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of personal information as outlined in this agreement.
However, since all items listed in Article 2 are required for processing the inquiry, the refusal to consent to the collection and use of this information will result in the Company being unable to accept or process the inquiry, thus limiting the inquiry service.
